Terms of Purchase
These general terms apply to all purchases and orders on optimumessence.se. By placing an order you accept these terms in full.
1. Prices and VAT
All prices are displayed including Swedish VAT (12% for food supplements). We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.
2. Order and Confirmation
Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of stock-outs or pricing errors, in which case you will receive a full refund.
3. Payment
We accept Swish, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and Klarna. Payment is processed securely. Card data is never stored on our servers.
4. Delivery
We ship from Sweden. Standard delivery time is 2–5 business days within Sweden. International shipping times vary. Free shipping on orders over 500 SEK within Sweden.
5. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt. See our full Returns & Refund Policy.
6. Complaints and Disputes
For complaints, contact us at info@optimumessence.se. Unresolved disputes may be referred to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) at arn.se.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swedish law.
