1. Right of Withdrawal — 14 Days
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

2. Conditions for Returns
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Sealed nutritional supplements that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
- The product must not be damaged due to mishandling
3. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
4. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
5. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you received a defective or incorrect product, contact us immediately at info@optimumessence.se. We will arrange return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
